WHERE CAN YOU DELIVER TO?
Rusters will currently deliver to mainland UK only. If you are outside this region please email us so we can provide a custom quote for shipping.
HOW IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE CALCULATED?
Orders up to £20 in value - £6.00
£20 - £50 in value - £10.00
Above £50 or collections - no charge.
CAN I COLLECT?
Yes, if you are near our home in Wokingham, Berkshire. If you select this option during checkout we will advise you by email when the goods are ready for collection.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY GOODS?
Usually within within one week from order. If we are out of stock and unable to supply in this time we will email you with an ETA, giving you the choice to cancel or continue with the order.
WILL YOU CREATE CUSTOM SIZES?
Yes, please email us with the product type and size you would like. We will reply with a quote and estimated delivery time.
WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?
Rusters currently accepts payments in GB Pounds (£) only.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We currently accept debit and credit cards processed through the Wix payment system. If you would prefer to pay by BACS please drop us a line. Sorry, we do not accept cash.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products please drop us a line. We will give you instructions how to return. If the items are returned undamaged we will refund your purchase in full.
